Vehicle Incentive Program
TIAX California designs and administers government incentive programs to drive adoption of new technologies in the transportation sector.
Our fleet management and modernization support includes baseline fleet analysis to estimate criteria pollutant and greenhouse gas emissions, fuel efficiency, fleet compliance analysis, and fleet forecasting, planning, and implementation.
Example projects:
- Designed and implemented the Clean Trucks program for the Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach.
- Implementing the California Hybrid Truck Voucher Incentive Program with the California Air Resources Board.
- Designed and currently implementing the fleet modernization program for the Port Authority of New York-New Jersey.
- Implementing the Carl Moyer On-Road Heavy-Duty Vehicle Voucher Incentive Program with the South Coast Air Quality Management District.
- Supporting the Californiaair districts with implementation of various heavy-duty vehicle incentive programs, including the Proposition 1B: Goods Movement Emission Reduction Program and the Voucher Incentive Program.
