TIAX provides fleet management and modernization support to managers of small, medium, and large fleets. Our support includes baseline fleet analysis to estimate criteria pollutant and GHG emissions, fuel efficiency, fleet compliance analysis, and fleet forecasting, planning, and implementation. TIAX provides support based on the market drivers of the fleet, including regulatory, economic considerations, and fleet-specific concerns (e.g., cost savings or compliance). We work with fleet managers to characterize the fleet, understand the fleet-specific concerns, and perform analysis on a vehicle-by-vehicle basis. We provide recommendations on upgrades and replacements based on our analysis and will include strategies that include a range of technologies. Our analysis helps fleet managers plan critical decisions based on cost-effectiveness, trade-offs between recommended strategies, emissions reduction estimates, available government funding, regulatory drivers, and special requirements to achieve fleet-specific goals.
